Tasting Notes for Sven Enderle Pinot Noir Keuper 2022

Expect notes of ripe blackberry, apple, cinnamon, dark cherry and floral roses, with sweet and spicy undertones plus a mild herbal touch. The palate is silky yet concentrated, offering fresh, lively flavours supported by fine tannins. We enjoyed the firm structure with depth and tension, culminating in a long, savoury finish that balances wild power with unforced finesse.

Production Process of Pinot Noir Keuper 2022 by Sven Enderle

The natural wine Pinot Noir Keuper 2022 from producer Sven Enderle is made using spontaneous whole-cluster fermentation in 800 L open wooden boxes, followed by aging in used oak barrels (barrique to 600 L) . It is aged in oak barrels for 15 months before bottling, and sees a tiny addition of sulphur before bottling
