In regards to Natural Wine, the Adelaide Hills in South Australia is rather a hotspot for natural wine producers, and is home to low intervention winemakers such as Das Juice, Lucy Margaux, Ochota Barrels, Gentle Folk, Yetti and the Coconut and Persephone Wines (Rachel Signor, of Pipette Magazine fame),
The region is known for its production of a variety of wine grapes, including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz, but the natural wine producers also grow more interesting grapes nmot often found in the area - for example Lucy Margaux (not run by a woman called Lucy, actually) grows Sangiovese which is more established in Italy.
