Brisat is not a grape, but a designated term for skin-contact winemaking (orange maceration) in Penedes, Catalonia!
This natural orange wine from Entre Vinyes is very light, damn tasty, with a slight peachy note alongside some vanilla touches.
Easy going and ideal for afternoon sips... or even brunch dates.
