Aurélien Houillon, a native of Jura and another talented relative of Emmanuel Houillon of Maison Pierre Overnoy in Jura has also worked at the estate in addition to other places before settling down in Rhone to work alongside his partner Charlotte.
The wines are zero-zero with no added sulphites, as expected from the rest of the family legends, and offer a big energy and depth. They farm 2.5 hectares of vines in Faucon, in the Vaucluse, on a total property (and accommodation facilities) of 9 hectares. They farm their vines exclusively by horse too!
