Production details of Bubbles: Bubbles is a red Pet Nat from Michael Gindl at MG vom Sol in Hohenruppersdorf, eastern Weinviertel, Austria. The blend uses Rösler and Gindl Rot grapes from the family's polycultural farm dating to 1807. 11% alcohol.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Bubbles by MG vom Sol, but we hear it has notes of sour cherry, cranberry, light liquorice and a fizzy Lambrusco-style lift.
