Circustancial by MicroBioWines is a natural wine made in Spain with Verdejo grapes. This is a wine with a story... as none of the wines of Ismael celebrate diversity as much as the Circustancial. As the importer writes: The idea is as follows: every year since 2010, Ismael selects the vines that are most affected by the weather and turns them into the best possible wine. These are, for example, the vines that suffered particularly from the drought of a year, or that were hit by hail. Ismael believes that these grapes should not be treated unlovingly. You deserve special attention, affection – and time! In fact, most of Ismael's crying takes a few years before they reveal their true greatness. They're often fun beforehand, but with a bit of maturity... holla the forest fairy! That's why Ismael keeps his Circustancial in the stone vaults of his basement and doesn't release them until they're ready.

MicroBio is a Spanish winery located in the province of Valladolid, which is part of the Castilla y Leon region. The winery was founded in 2010 by Ismael Gozalo, who comes from a family of winemakers with over 300 years of experience in the industry.

Ismael specialises in Verdejo, and is considered by many as the master of it in the natural wine world.
