Valpolicella Superiore 'Camporenzo' 2020

Camporenzo 2020 by Monte Dall´Ora is a 13% natural red wine made in Veneto, Italy with 50% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara grapes.

This wine ages for 10 months in 25-hl botti (wooden barrels made of Slovenian oak). After bottling, it ages for at least two years in the bottle before release.

Expect a full body and smooth velvety finish

Production Details: Camporenzo is a Valpolicella Superiore from a specific vineyard site. The blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta reflects the terroir of the vineyard. Fermentation happens in stainless steel, followed by ageing in large wooden barrels. The wine spends sufficient time in wood to build complexity without losing freshness.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried the 2020 vintage of Valpolicella Superiore 'Camporenzo' by Monte Dall'Ora, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, earth, spice, herbs, and smooth tannin.
