Fercsy Schiller 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Hummel, in the Villány region in Hungary. This delicious very light red wine (almost Rosé) is made with 50% Blaufränkisch and 50% Portugieser grapes.

Tastewise, this lively Hungarian wine is slightly herbaceous with a note of blueberries, black cherries, chocolate and earthy components, plus a touch if iron and thyme even. Light but complex - we adore it!
