This is the Arensbak Rose, a wonderful sparkling wine alternative, which really did remind us of a yummy Rosé pet-nat.
It's an aromatic blend of elderberry, raspberry, green tea and pink peppercorns which makes for a tart and juicy flavor. And whilst the bubbles will of course go down after a while, we tried this after being open for 10 days and it was still just as delicious as when it was first open and full of bubbles.
Perfect for pairing with all your favorite aperitivo dishes, as well as heartier grilled dishes, or simply to be drank by itself in the park or on the balcony.
