Fledermaus Weiss 2021 by is a natural wine made in Franken with Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner grapes.

2019: Slightly oaky and nutty on the nose in the most pleasant way, a lot more serious than the previous vintage and shows both refinement and depth. Raisins, cream, flowers and apricot, spiced pear.

2018: Peach iced tea, white flowers, spiced pear, baked apple, vanilla. Really nice and gluggable at 10.5%.

2Naturkinder use bat dung from their local bats (Called Fledermaus in German) which is why the bats appear a lot on their labels. No added sulphur in this Fledermaus Weiss wine, as with all but one 2Naturkinder wines.
