The wine is 100% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) aged in old barrique barrels. The family has been chemical-free since 1979, well ahead of most German producers. The wine sits at 11% alcohol with total sulphites under 30 mg/l.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Jazzed Up Weissburgunder by Isegrim, but we hear it has notes of ripe pear, apple, light spice and a mellow orange-wine texture.
