This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes, grown on vines over 40 years old on limestone and clay. The parcel on the outskirts of Poligny is called Les Trouillots, and the wine is aged for 2 years in barrel before release

Expect a lively tension, bright citrus elements and salty aspects with great energy! Like a lemon-merigue pie, absolute banger!!!
