We have not yet tried this new wine but hear this Saparavi is lively, juicy, and full of character, with a short maceration. It is meant to burst with fresh black cherry, wild plum, and tangy redcurrant. Notes of violet and crisp pomegranate lift the aromatics, while the palate leans bright and fruit-driven, supported by zippy acidity and soft, youthful tannins. A gentle herbal thread and stony, mineral finish bring energy and texture, adding just enough edge to balance the expressive fruit. It’s all about vibrant red-black fruit, clean lines, and a playful grip—serious, but still a joy to drink.
