Cuvée Romanissa 2021 by Matassa is a natural wine made in Roussillon with Carignan and Lledoner Pelut (Hairy Grenache) grapes. This Romanissa is less experimental than some of the wines which have made Matassa famous, but make no mistake, its a fantastic wine ideal for hearty food and cheeseboards!
