Mirco Mariotti makes wine near the Adriatic coast in Emilia-Romagna from old local varieties that most people have never heard of. The Second Half is a tasty fizz made from Famoso - a rare, aromatic Emilian grape that smells somewhere between Malvasia and Muscat. 

Expect notes of candied apricot, sherbet, aromatic and alive.
