Not nearly as large of a profile as all our other Roxanich wines, but we absolutely thought this entry level wine from them was so well done that we would have to add it to the menu as well. Raspberries, strawberries, a tiny hint of some rustic homemade sourdough. If you added bubbles to this, it could stand up to the most lauded of French Pink Cremants. When you want a high quality drink somewhere between white & red, but without all the coquettish fussiness of your average rosé.
