 Sauvignon Blanc vom Opok 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Sepp & Maria Muster, in the Styria region in Austria.

This white wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and grown on the legendary Opok soils of the Sud Steiermark region it is famous for, especially for white wines. Expect vibrant acidity and minerality shining throughout here.

The fruit for this 2023 Sauvignon comes from the lower section of the vineyards, where the soils contain a higher percentage of clay. Only carefully selected grapes are harvested, then destemmed and gently pressed over several hours to preserve purity and freshness. Fermentation takes place in large oak barrels, followed by around 20 months of maturation before the wine is bottled at the end of April 2025
