Petillant Blanc by Bencze Birtok is an interesting Pet Nat, made of Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Riesling all grown on volcanic soils, composed of Basalt, clay and sandstone. The grapes were co-fermented and had a residual sugar of 16.5g/l at bottling, without disgorging, fining or filtering. No added sulphur.

We hear it's got light fruity touches and a slight nuttyness to it.
