Blanc de Meunier is a traditional method Champagne wine crafted by Chavost Champagne, in France. This sparkling wine is made with 100% Pinot Meunier grapes, grown on a north facing clay & limestone plot. Zero dosage.
This wine, like all Champagne Chavost, has not added sulphites. Expect a creamy edge and pleasing, mild vegetal suggestion alongside notes of diluted raspberry cordial, biscuits
Note: Give it a little rest for a few weeks after delivery, to ensure it is fully stable on opening. When we tried the day it arrived from the winery July 2025, it had a TINY ghost mouse that actually disappeared after 3 minutes. So it should be fine for you as this usually happening after Palette transport with lots of micro-shaking on the road for a long time, but we mentioning it for full transparency. We will still buy for our personal cellar, its very tasty!
