Les Autochtones 2020 by Max Sein Wein is a natural wine made in Baden with Silvaner grapes. Light, refreshing and with nice minerality shining through alongside that typical Silvaner nose, which is slightly vegetal and mildly peppery. Great tension and vibrancy here.

Winemaker Max Baumann trained with Gut Oggau and Judith Beck, and is known to leave his wines with long elevage in old barrels and let rest in the bottle before releasing to the public.
