Blanc de Fuck is a special collaboration bottle with us at MORE NATURAL WINE crafted by Martin Wörner of Marto Wines, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This white wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, so a Blanc de Noir. It’s a wild wine!
The grapes were late harvested with Noble Rot fungus setting in (Botrytis) making it more complex and it was aged in an old 600l Halbstuck barrel, as an experiment.
Tasting wise, this wine is as if Marto made a Brutal!

It’s totally different to the direction his refined white wines are going into at the moment and tastes pretty crazy, but also creamy and rounded too!
It’s got some reduction on it, so a carafe is recommended, and will blow off in a few minutes to then express the wines unique profile, which leads to a nutty, caramel, vanilla flavour reminding us of Werthers Original, alongside yellow apple fruits, lime and hint of banana ?!?
Awesome, unique flavour that we are proud to have as an exclusive bottle. Just 600 bottles made, and some keykegs for our bar 'Blanc de Fuck' with the same name (yes, this was the inspiration for the name!)
