This Romanissa is less experimental than some of the wines which have made Matassa famous, but make no mistake, its a fantastic wine ideal for hearty food and cheeseboards!

Domaine Matassa is the natural wine estate of Tom Lubbe, who is based in Roussillon, at the Southern tip of France close to Spain. Matassa is one of the most in-demand wineries in the natural wine scene, which stems largely from their approachable drinkability and high quality expressions of local grapes in their vineyards.
