Knopfblume

Knopfblume is a natural wine crafted by Katrin Lautner , in the Burgenland region in Austria. This rose wine is made with Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

The grapes were vinified in whole bunches and aged in large wooden barrels, then bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Knopfblume by Katrin Lautner, but we hear it has notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, lemon zest and a soft vanilla cream finish.
