Zwei Zimmer, Küche (nr. 7)

Zwei Zimmer, Küche (Nr.7) by Christopher Barth is an orange wine made in Rheinhessen, Germany with a big blend of grapes, which is interesting as is made with a Solera system, with the original base wine coming from 2021. So, this is a Non Vintage (N.V) wine but each release will be a little different. 

The grapes used are Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat grapes which spend 2-4 weeks fermenting on their skins before being added to the Solera tank.

 We hear its got great tart citrus vibes and a bready richness…
