Sinestèsia Rosat 2024

Sinestèsia Rosat 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Pinyolet Vinyaters, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This wine in the style of a quirky and delicious Rosé wine, which is made with red Grenache which is then macerated with Grenache Blanc skins for 10 days. No added sulphites

This charming , quite unusual wine features a bright, golden orange /rosé colour with slightly smokey citrus aromas that recall the peel of grapefruit and bergamot but there is also some umami kicks. On the palate, it is fresh, with a slightly bitter entry and balanced acidity. Notes of tomato leaf, caramel and rose also come through with a mild vegetal kick . A versatile, uniquely flavoured, gastronomic wine, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes without overpowering their flavours.
