Koshu
Koshu is a wine grape primarily grown in Japan. This grape has a long history, dating back over a thousand years. Although native to Japan, the Koshu grape belongs to the European grapevine species Vitis vinifera.
The wines made from Koshu grapes often exhibit notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, making them refreshing and perfect for pairing with Japanese cuisine. In the natural wine world, Grape Republic make good use of this Japanese grape.
