Les Moulins 2021 is a creamy yet fresh, natural white wine crafted by Domaine de la Touraize, in Arbois, Jura .

This reductive white wine which is aged for 18 months in barrel is made with a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin grapes grown on blue marl soils, which were co-fermented together resulting in an absolute BOMB of flavour after a little air to reduce the reduction that includes big notes of lime zest, thyme, wet stone, vanilla and white pepper. 

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!!! Just give it a little air :)
