Bad Ideas is a natural cider crafted by Aeblefald Cider, in the Aarhus region in Denmark.

This high acid cider is made with a mix of Apples and Quince. Aeblefald says that 50% Belle de Boskoop apples they stole in Tilst and gave 7 days of maceration, 45% Belle de Boskoop apples they stole in Lystrup, and gave 3 days of maceration and lastly 5% biodynamic quinces they bought, and gave 3 days of maceration Bad Ideas has been in a barrel for 1 year on full lees. Aeblefald say "Think Alsace, but don't worry, it's even better, it's Aarhus in a bottle".
