Pet Nat is a sparkling natural wine crafted by young, energetic winemaker Andreas Ziniel, in the most south eastern part of Burgenland in Austria. This beautiful sparkling wine is made with 100% Saint Laurent grapes, a grape dear to Andreas' heart and one he feels is very underrated.

We found fresh and exciting notes of peach, rose water with vanilla touches. There is a lively acidity going on here, with a crisp and clean, refreshing finish that makes you want another sup straight after the last. DAMN FINE PET NAT. Highly recommended!
