Stroebel Champagne is run by Timothée Stroebel, a natural wine producer whose family originated from Alsace and settled in the Champagne region after the second world war.

With vines over 70 years old on their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier plots by Montagne de Reims, Stroebel is a big believer in the terroir of their vines and whulst unusual for the area, even makes still wines to showcase the Pinot Meunier variety in its glory. Popular wines include the Stoebel TRIPTYQUE, HÉRACLITE SOUS BOIS and LE VIN TRANQUILLE.
