SYFANY | Wine from Czech Republic
SYFANY is a natural wine producer from the Moravia region in Czech Republic.
Run by Jakub Zborovský alongside his wife, the Syfany bottles are good value and offer a great quality. They age their wines mostly in Acacia barrels but also use stainess steel for some of their cheaper cuvees. Popular Syfany wines include The Beast, Palasak, Freedom, Andre Rose Pet Nat and Rosé de Saignée.
