Savagnin 'Vice Versa' by Domaine de la Borde is a unique white wine made in Pupillin, Jura with 100% Savagnin grapes.

Interesting wine this and tastes AMAZING! Called Vice Versa because it is 12 months under flor (sous voile)!, but then due to an issue with the Flor, winemaker Julien decided to abandon it and make it Ouillé (topped up) so it is both oxidative and non-oxidative

Nutty and aromatic, lovely long finish and super interesting! We love it!
