L'absurde Génie des Fleurs wine

L'absurde Génie des Fleurs are a natural wine duo from the Languedoc region in France, neighbouring Axel Prüfer and using the same sort of regional grapes like Cinsault, Carignan and Clairette.

Run by French born Tom Gautier and his wife Miha who is Romanian, this natural wine domain started in 2016 with tiny quantities and not only make wine for themselves, but encourage Romanian winemakers to follow in the natural wine path. Making just under 1000 bottles of each cuvée, supply is low and demand is starting to increase for their zero zero wines which are pure, exciting and unique.
