Clot de les Soleres lands are of calcareous type, with gravel’s agglomeration and some clay-limestone outcrops and Carles & Montse grow typical Catalan grapes like Xarel.lo or Macabeu. Their Pet-Nat Ancestral wines usually feature Residual Sugar (R.S) which give the finish a little sweetness, ideal for sunny afternoons
