Crocizia wine
Crocizia is run by Marco Rizzardia, a natural wine producer from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Here 2 hectares of vines are farmed surrounded by forests with regional grapes such as Moscato, Malvasia di Candia, Barbera, Lambrusco Maestri, Moscato as well as Sauvignon Blanc being grown by the domaine, but it took 10 years to release their first wine having planted the vines themselves in 1992 on rather hardy soil. In addition to wines, the domaine makes an income from their apple orchards and beekeeping. There are just 10,000 bottles of wine on average per year, with popular wines include Marcovaldo and Besiosa, which is made with the aromatic Malvasia di Candia.
