Domaine des Fauvettes wine
Domaine des Fauvettes is the domaine of Maryse Chatelin. After working alongside her husband Alexandre Jouveaux for many years (both oenologists by their studies), in 2012 Maryse decided to plant a tiny patch of Pinot Noir over pure limestone in their vineyard in Burgundy, and Domaine des Fauvettes was born. This producer makes very few bottles, so these are highly sought after for both their rarity and purity. The De L ́Aube à l ́Aube is simpy fantastic and while pricey, absolutely worth it.
