Lé Thio Noots | Wine & Botancials
Lé Thio Noots is a natural wine producer from the Anjou appeltion of the Loire, farming a small plot of 2 hectares mostly of Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as some rare grapes like Gamay de Chaudenay.
In addition to wines, owner Romain Verger also makes very low alcohol beveragres using mint and thyme, which are called Petillant de Plante.
