"Plous'saperlipopette" Poulsard is a natural wine crafted by Julien Mareschal of Domaine de la Borde, in the village of Pupillin, which is next to Arbois in Jura, and shares the same appellation status.

This red wine is made with 100% Poulsard grapes, which were grown on grey marl soils with clay and limestone. With no added sulphur, we recall trying this wine in the Jura and it being a juice bomb with complexity at the same time!

These wines are freshly bottled, so if you can, give them some aging.
