Amfora Sipon is a natural wine crafted by Matic Wines, in the Štajerska region in Slovenia. This orange wine is made with Furmint grapes, and is more complex than the other still Furmint called "The Prince". Known locally as Šipin, this Furmint has been aged in Amphora underground. 

Matic say "Šipon / Furmint in this style is rustic and raw. Edgy flavors of grilled peaches, slight smoke, with earthy notes. Chewy tannins and a long acid driven finish."
