Le Ciel Est Bleu 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Bobinet, in the Loire region in France. This sparkling wine is made with Grolleau Gris, Chenin Blanc and Grolleau grapes and it tastes absolutely awesome at just 10% too, with a strong nod to raspberry cordial and herbs, and a lively, persistent bubble structure kinda similar to a Cremant more than a Pet Nat.
