Kaos Rosso by Etnella is a volcanic red wine, made on Mount Etna, Sicily with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Capuccio grapes.

2020 Vintage drinking beautifully! WOW, this is a wine of the week for sure! This is a lighter take on a classic Etna red, made naturally of course. Lots of bramble fruit, violets and volcanic minerality. Great energy on the palette, with a beautifully tingly tannic structure. Would work a treat with hearty tomato pasta, roasted aubergines or grilled lamb chops.

The blend is split betweenm 85% Nerello Mascalese & 15% Nerello Capuccio, which spend 15 days in steel then 11 months in barrel. No added sulphur.
