Philippe Jambon Wine
Philippe Jambon is a natural wine producer from the Beaujolais region in France, focusing mostly on Gamay as is the norm in the area.
Working with his partner Catherine Jambon, the pair also work with some Negoce grapes when hail has damaged too much of their vineyards. Whilst making more affordable wines like 'Une Tranche Sudiste', 'Une Tranche Made In Chénas' Philippe Jambon also makes more premium wines such as 'Le Jambon Blanc' - a complex orange wine made with Chardonnay.
