Schnitz & Butzen is a natural cider producer from the Swabian Danube region in Germany, making ciders with both pears, quince and apples - often in very elegant ways that could be used to replace a Cremant, as well as Ancestral Pet Nat style Ciders.
What we enjoy about Schnitz and Butzen is how they make natural ciders which are lower in acidity than a lot of others, such as higher acidity producers Fruktstereo.
