Vykoukal Winery is a small family wine producer with just 2 hectares of vineyards, located in the former Austerlitz battlefield (the Battle of Austerlitz was one of the most important and decisive engagements of the Napoleonic wars). Vykoukal Wines all have a beautiful mineral element thanks to the calcareous clay-based soil. These wines feature a distinct peppery touch.
