When making the order, you pay “MORE Natural Wine” the bottle price excluding VATor alcohol duties. This price is shown to you in smaller print in the product listing (where it says ‘to pay now’).
After the order has been delivered, you’ll pay the courier UK VAT, alcohol duties, and a £12.75 courier handling fee (for processing the shipment through customs on your behalf). The price of the bottle plus UK VAT and alcohol duty (excluding handling fee) is estimated in the larger print under the product name.
20% UK VAT, paid to the courier (20% is calculated on the amount paid to MORE Natural Wine)
Alcohol duty - alcohol taxes vary based on the ABV, but for most wines, which are between 11.5%-14.5% ABV, it is £2.67 per 750ml bottle. The amount can be slightly higher or lower if the wine is less than 11% or higher than 14.5%.
A £12.75 courier handling fee (for processing the shipment through customs on your behalf), this amount stays the same no matter how many items you order
These will be totaled and sent as a bill from the courier shortly after delivery is made.

However, keep in mind that there is a minimum order value of £135 that must be met before your order can be placed.
YES, we have a minimum spend of £135. Unfortunately this is necessary because of the way importing is set up in the UK (for orders under than £135, we would have to collect UK taxes ourselves, which we are not set up for). The £135 minimum spend is calculated based on the amount you pay to us, i.e. not including UK VAT or duty tax.
We are located and ship from Berlin, Germany. Shipping to the UK takes 5-7 business days, and we always ship on Wednesdays with an order deadline of Tuesday 10am.
