Jean-Francois Ganevat is an iconic natural wine producer from south of Jura, in the small village of Rotalier in the Sud Revermont. His estate is called Domaine Ganevar. Jean Francois Ganevat also makes Negoce wines with other people's grapes. Instead of being called Domaine Ganevat, the negoce wines are labelled as Anne and Jean-Francois Ganevat, and feature different labels. Many other popular winemakers have studied under Ganevat, including Katie Worobeck, Nicolas Jacob and Alexandre Plassat.
