Orange Osmanthus by Kunoh is a natural wine made in Yamagata Miyagi with Niagara and Delaware grapes.
MORE Tasting Notes:
Previous 2018 vintage: AWESOME and dangerously drinkable. Whole bottle disappeared very quickly!
On the nose: Petroleum and as our cyclist friend Damien pointed out, a distinctive 'wet bike lube' vibe (lol). We then discovered a crazy palate of Sunny D Orange Juice, Vanilla, Peach Candies and Mango.
After ten minutes, there is more evolution whereby the wine evolves to give off more acidity and a slight fizzy sherbet vibe. Delicious and totally interesting!

Yuki’s wines are made at the Fattoria al Fiore winery and he was previously one of the winemakers of Grape Republic’s first vintages.
Orange Osmanthus is a refreshing pét-nat based on a blend of Niagara and Delaware as well as small parts of Merlot, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Despite the diverse mix of grapes, it is a light and balanced wine with a soft structure and fresh notes of yuzu, jasmine, gooseberries and elderflower
No sulphites added.
