Strekov 1075 | Wines of Slovakia
Strekov 1075 is a natural wine project run by Hungarian Zsolt Suto, who with his team from a tiny Slovakian village (called Strekov) cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards in a very ecologically responsible manner.
With a holistic approach and lots of attention given in the cellar and without any added sulphites, many other natural wines producers in Eastern Europe have looked to Strekov 1075 in Slovakia for guidance. Popular wines include Fred, Creme and Porta - his prized Assemblage of Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner with skin contact maceration. WE LOVE THESE WINES!
