Stéphane Tissot
Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte produce truly unique and terroir-driven natural wines from their 35-hectare vineyard in Jura. Like many contemporary vintners, Stéphane took over the vineyard from his father with a new vision and converted it to organic farming, then soon after that completely biodynamic. Domaine Tissot’s white wines focus on Chardonnay and Savagnin and are precise, pure, and mineral driven, while the reds - Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard - are lighter, red-fruited, and aromatic. Some of their wines include Vin Jaune, Chardonnay "Les Bruyères", and Poulsard Sans Souffre.
