LA SALADA WINE
La Salada is a natural wine producer in Catalonia, Spain, led by Toni Carbó (who previously collaborated with good friend Ramón Jané under the producer name Mas Candi).
La Salada is a tribute to Toni’s great grandfather - the grapes for its wines come from plots that Toni’s great grandfather bought from a wealthy landowner in order to secure his family’s future.
Many of La Salada wines follow the Catalan tradition of vi brisat - white wines with skin contact, as well as some more experimental wines.
